The description says long sleeve, maxi skirt. That implies a full top and bottom, a full outfit. All that came was the skirt which is more like a see through swimsuit cover up! WHERE IS THE TOP!?!? This dress was my Halloween costume, now I have 2 days to try and figure out a new costume, I am beyond disappointed. Be accurate in your photos and description and sizes, Come on!!!
