I’m 5’4 and it hits below my butt like I wanted. I’ve been wearing it mainly with shorts although I did wear it now once after showering and putting on a black dress and let me tell you, with my wet hair up and this collar up around my chin, it felt COZY AS HELL gurl lemme tell you.
