I have ordered from this brand multiple times and have the sizes down to a science lol. I wear a size large in sweatpants and a size 10 in jeans, for this specific brand I order a medium. In the description it usually says oversized. I personally like my pants to fit snug. If yiu like the oversized look I suggest ordering your regular size but if you want a snug fit order down a size.
