Typically wear a size 10/ 30 inch waist in pants.  I sized down to a Small in this skirt.  Fits great with elastic waist and tie.  Plus, skirt has pockets!  Also, nice length.

Love this skirt. The length is just at the knee. I wear it with sneakers, flats and cowboy boots. Loved it so much that I bought the brown color.
